Upcoming project that concerns a new-built 4 storey residential building located in Saki Karagiorga street in Glyfada.
The morphology is based on sleek and contemporary lines, with accent features, the linear detailing in the façade, as well as the tilling covering the walls. The use of earthy and neutral tones in materials and finishes, gives a timeless feel to the whole design.
The spatial management differs in each floor, creating a variety of apartments in size, so they meet various accommodational needs. The ground floor as well as the second and third consist of two apartments each, whereas on the fourth floor there is only one residence bigger in size compared to the others, creating seven properties in total. The basement serves as a parking and storage area for all residences.
