A new-built residential complex located in Irakleitou pedestrian street, in Vari.
Three building volumes are linearly placed and intertwined with each other to form the complex’ main structure.
The main entrance faces towards the north, and leads to two shared stairwells that give access to six separate properties. Each of them consists of two levels, either a ground floor with a private basement, or a first floor combined with an attic.
All residences expand outdoors with gardens to the west and south for the ground floors, and balconies to all directions for the top floors.(
