A new-build corner apartment building located in Varkiza. The plot is in the intersection of two local roads and due to the terrain, a view of the sea is available from the corner point of the site. The main idea was to open the interior to this view. To do so, a corner glass partition was used in all of the levels of the building. The form of the balconies oparates as a frame, pointing the view, while trying to redefine the common form of balconies in Athenian apartment buildings.
